This course is for those who are new to or are exploring working with the Elder Futhark runes. It will introduce you to each rune by describing the rune with examples or story and by activating the energy of that rune. Through this course, you will be empowered to develop your own practice with the runes, whether you choose to work with them in your life, for healing, or for divination.

The runes are ancient knowing tied deeply into Earth and the world around us. They do not require memorized facts or an extensive knowledge of history. Rather, they invite you to explore your intuition and plumb the depths of your spirit. This course is not a resource on the history of runes or an exhaustive list of their possible meanings.
Liz works with the runes in shamanic journey, energy healing, and earth medicine to transform our interactions within ourselves, our world, and the cosmos.
